Public projects, as defined by this Act and in accordance with the limits listed in Section 22032 of CA Public Contract Code, will be let to contract by informal procedures as set forth in Sections 22032-22045 of the CA Public Contract Code. All qualified licensed contractors are invited to register as a CUPCCAA Contractor with the District to receive notification of bid opportunities in your license classification(s).
