ORDINANCE SUMMARY On June30, 2026, at a regularly scheduled meeting, the Placer County Board of Supervisors (Board) adopted an uncodified county ordinance (Ordinance) 6378-B by a vote of 5:0 Ayes: Gore, Gustafson, DeMattei, Jones, Landon, Absent: None, Noes: None levying special taxes within County of Placer Community Facilities District No. 2021-1 (Sunset Area Plan Phase 1 Transit Services) – Annexation #5 – Placer Commerce Center for fiscal year 2026-27 and following fiscal years. The Ordinance will levy special taxes to provide revenues for certain public services within County of Placer Community Facilities District No. 2021-1, for the purposes and within the area identified in the Ordinance.
