REQUEST FOR BIDS AMADOR COUNTY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT PURCHASE OF TRANSPORTATION FLEET VEHICLES Notice is hereby given that the Amador County Unified School District ("ACUSD") is seeking formal competitive sealed bids for the purchase and delivery of passenger and fleet vehicles as detailed in this Request for Bids (RFB). The evaluation of responses and the award of any resultant purchase shall be made in conformance with current competitive selection procedures as they relate to the procurement of goods and services by the District. Proposal may be obtained on our District's website at: www.amadorcoe.org/bids Issuance Date: June 18, 2026 Bid Submission Deadline: July 14th, 2026 at 5:00 PM PST Bid Opening: July 15, 2026, 10:00 AM PDT Bids must be presented to Amador County Unified School District in a sealed envelope clearly marked "RFB: Transportation Fleet Vehicles - ACUSD Transportation Department - SY2026-27" and delivered to: Amador County Unified School District Business Services Office Attn: Robert Norton, Assistant Superintendent, Business Services 217 Rex Ave Jackson, CA 95642 Electronic submissions are also accepted via email: sarah.lemke@acusd.org Cc: robert.norton@acusd.org Subject Line: RFB - SY26-27 Transportation Fleet Vehicles A proposal shall be an irrevocable offer for thirty (30) days following the scheduled date for contract award, until accepted or rejected. All questions regarding this RFB must be submitted in writing via email to sarah.lemke@acusd.org and cc: robert.norton@acusd.org by July 14th, 2026, 5:00 PM PDT. Responses to all questions will be compiled and distributed to all prospective bidders who have requested the RFB. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process, and to award the contract to the bidder(s) deemed most advantageous to the District.
