NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Placer County Board of Supervisors will conduct a Public Hearing at the above place and time, or as soon thereafter may be heard, to consider increased garbage collection fees in County Franchise Area 4, which includes unincorporated Placer County at the Foresthill Divide. A notice was sent to each affected property owner explaining the purpose of the proposed increase and how to submit comments or protest letters.
