ORDINANCE SUMMARY On June 9, 2026, at a regularly scheduled meeting, the Placer County Board of Supervisors (Board) approved the introduction of an uncodified county ordinance (Ordinance) levying special taxes within County of Placer Community Facilities District No. 2021-1 (Sunset Area Plan Phase 1 Transit Services) – Annexation #5 – Placer Commerce Center for fiscal year 2026-27 and following fiscal years. 5:0 Ayes: Gore, Gustafson, DeMattei, Jones, Landon, Absent: None, Noes: None. The proposed Ordinance will be presented to the Board for final adoption on June 30, 2026. If adopted, the proposed Ordinance would levy special taxes to provide revenues for certain public services within County of Placer Community Facilities District No. 2021-1, for the purposes and within the area identified in the Ordinance.
