PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that on June 17, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the City Council of the City of Roseville will hold a Public Hearing at the City Council Chambers located at 311 Vernon Street, Roseville, CA for the purpose of considering the below projects.
Request: Request for an extended fee deferral and standard fee deferral of certain city-controlled development impact fees and approval of a Government Financing Agreement and granting authority for City Manager to execute it and all necessary documents to effectuate its purpose for the WB-30 Sierra Vista Senior Affordable Housing project. The fee deferral request is for an extended fee deferral in the amount of approximately $4,232,551, as determined by City Council, plus interest and an administrative fee, to be deferred for a maximum of one year past issuance of a certificate of occupancy or three years past issuance of the first building permit, whichever is earlier, and a standard fee deferral of parks development impact fees in the amount of approximately $1,864,193, as determined by City Council, plus interest and an administrative fee due at building permit final/Certificate of Occupancy.

Environmental Determination: The California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) does not apply to activities that will not result in a direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment, or is otherwise not considered a project as defined by CEQA Statute §21065 and CEQA State Guidelines §15061(c)(3) and §15378. These fee deferrals meet the above criteria and are not subject to CEQA. No additional environmental review is required.

If the matter is continued to a later date, comments and public testimony will be accepted until the close of the final Public Hearing. All comments will be considered by the Approving Authority.
The City Council's action on these projects is final. If you challenge the action of the City Council on this matter in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the Public Hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City Clerk at, or prior to the Public Hearing.
