PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on June 17, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the City Council of the City of Roseville will hold a Public Hearing at the City Council Chambers located at 311 Vernon Street, Roseville, CA for the purpose of considering the below projects. Request: Request for an extended fee deferral and standard fee deferral of certain city-controlled development impact fees and approval of a Government Financing Agreement and granting authority for City Manager to execute it and all necessary documents to effectuate its purpose for the WB-30 Sierra Vista Senior Affordable Housing project. The fee deferral request is for an extended fee deferral in the amount of approximately $4,232,551, as determined by City Council, plus interest and an administrative fee, to be deferred for a maximum of one year past issuance of a certificate of occupancy or three years past issuance of the first building permit, whichever is earlier, and a standard fee deferral of parks development impact fees in the amount of approximately $1,864,193, as determined by City Council, plus interest and an administrative fee due at building permit final/Certificate of Occupancy.
