SOUTHGATE RECREATION & PARK DISTRICT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ADOPTION OF FISCAL YEAR 2026-27 FINAL BUDGET The Board of Directors of Southgate Recreation & Park District adopted a preliminary budget for Fiscal Year 2026-27 for the Southgate Recreation & Park District General Fund, Capital Projects Fund, Debt Service Fund, Proprietary Fund, Larchmont Countryside Landscaping & Lighting Assessment District, Vintage Park Landscaping & Lighting Assessment District, Churchill Downs Landscaping & Lighting Assessment District, Sunrise Greens Landscaping & Lighting Assessment District, Sunrise Florin Landscaping & Lighting Assessment District, Country Creek Landscaping & Lighting Assessment District, Southgate Landscaping & Lighting Assessment District, Community Facilities District No. 1 (North Vineyard Station), Community Facilities District No. 2 (Florin-Vineyard), and Community Facilities District No. 3 (Vineyard Springs) at its regular meeting on May 21, 2026. The preliminary budget is available for inspection during normal business hours at the Southgate Recreation & Park District Administration Office located at 6000 Orange Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95823. The Board of Directors will conduct a public hearing and adopt the final budget for Fiscal Year 2026-27 at its regularly scheduled meeting on June 18, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the Fletcher Farm Community Center located at 7245 Fletcher Farm Drive, Sacramento, CA 95828.
