Sealed Bids will be received UNTIL 2:00pm PM THURSDAY JUNE 25, 2026, at the CAPITAL OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT, 1919 5th Street, Davis CA 95616, at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. Bid opening will occur at 2:30 pm via Microsoft Teams, 30 minutes after the bid posting has closed.
