Bid Announcement Notice is hereby given that the LGI Homes will receive bids for the Castle Oaks Mule Creek Crossing Improvement Plans project, located on Golf Links Drive, City of Ione, California.Work Description: The work consists of construction of public improvements including a Conspan precast concrete bridge, grading and earthwork, concrete improvements, installation of wet utilities, and paving, including all appurtenant work, in accordance with the plans and specifications. Bids must be received electronically on or before January 9th 2026 at 2:30 PM, at which time bids will be opened and results sent out via email to all bidders who submitted.
