NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLACER COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WHERE: Board of Supervisors' Chambers, 175 Fulweiler Avenue, Auburn, CA 95603. WHEN: June 2, 2026, at 9:00 AM or as soon thereafter as may be heard SUBJECT: Public Hearing to Consider Adopting a Resolution Approving the FY 2026-27 County of Placer – City of Roseville Joint Traffic Program Capital Improvement Program Update and Annual Inflationary Adjustment of 1.31 Percent and Adopting a Resolution Modifying the County's Portion of the South Placer Regional Transportation Authority's Tier II Development Fee Program for FY 2026-27 Making an Annual Inflationary Adjustment of 1.548 Percent NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Placer County Board of Supervisors will conduct a Public Hearing at the above place and time to consider adopting a resolution approving the FY 2026-27 County of Placer – City of Roseville Joint Traffic Program (City/County Fee Program) Capital Improvement Program Update and annual inflationary adjustment of 1.31 percent and adopting a resolution modifying the County's portion of the South Placer Regional Transportation Authority's (SPRTA) Tier II Development Fee Program for FY 2026-27 making an annual inflationary adjustment of 1.548 percent, effective August 3, 2026. The City/County Fee Program funds improvements to Walerga Road and Baseline Road that are needed as a result of new development. The SPRTA Tier II Development Fee Program funds Placer Parkway and improvements to the Interstate 80/State Route 65 Interchange. Per agreements with the City of Roseville and SPRTA, these programs are subject to an annual adjustment consistent with the change in the San Francisco Construction Cost Index and the 20-City Average CCI as reported in the Engineering News Record.
