Ordinance Summary On May 12, 2026, at the North Tahoe Event Center, 8318 North Lake Boulevard, Kings Beach, CA 96143, the Placer County Board of Supervisors adopted an ordinance by a vote of 4:0 Ayes: Gustafson, DeMattei, Jones, Landon, Absent: Gore, Noes: None to approve a development agreement, including an errata, between the County of Placer and Alterra MTN CO Real Estate Development, LLC, and Palisades Tahoe Real Estate, LLC, for the property comprising the Village at Palisades Tahoe Specific Plan ("VPTSP"). Specifically, the development agreement will have a total term of up to 30 years and define vested development rights, establish obligations for infrastructure improvements and land dedications, secure the timing and methods for financing improvements, and specify other performance obligations for development within the VPTSP area, as more fully articulated in the development agreement.
