Request for Proposal for Architectural and Engineering Services for Adventist Health Clearlake Hospital Seismic Structural Retrofit, Phase 1 Design, FEMA Project: Request for Proposal for Architectural and Engineering Services for Adventist Health Clearlake Hospital Seismic Structural Retrofit, Phase 1 Design, FEMA Project: Adventist Health (AH) Office of Design and Construction is seeking qualification for Architecture & Engineering firms to provide design service related to Adventist Health Clearlake Seismic Structural Retrofit, Phase 1 Design, FEMA Project (DR-4683-1192-85). This project will be partially funded through FEMA's Hazard Mitigation Grant Program. Proposals should be prepared simply and economically providing a straightforward and concise description of the Respondent's ability to meet the requirements of the RFQ. They become the property of AH once reviewed whether awarded or rejected. Firms responding should have experience with HCAi, federally funded programs, seismic retrofit work and be licensed to practice in California. All proposals shall include references. AH reserves the right to contact any of the references included in the proposal submitted as well as the representatives of any of the projects submitted under experience. The intent of this RFP is to select the most qualified firm(s) interested in and capable of performing the design work of this project. The RFPs are due July 10, 2026 by 3:00 PM.
