Trade work to include: Surveying, Final Clean, Demo & Abatement, Concrete, Casework, Roofing, DFH, Glass & Glazing, Cement Plaster, Drywall & Insulation, Ceramic Tile, Acoustical Ceiling, Flooring, Painting, Signage, Specialties, Window Coverings, Fire Sprinkler, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Earthwork , Landscape & Irrigation, Fence & Gates, Asphalt Pavement, Site Utilities Project Location: 21 C Street, Galt, CA 95632 Project Duration: June 27, 2026 – June 7, 2027 Project Labor Requirements: Prevailing Wage, Certified Payroll, Skilled and Trained Workforce as defined in Chapter 2.9 (Section 2600et seq.) of the Public Contract Code.
