NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING In accordance with the California Urban Water Management Planning Act, the Fair Oaks Water District (FOWD) is hosting a public hearing on Monday, May 18, 2026, beginning at 6:30pm, at its regularly scheduled Board Meeting at the FOWD office (address below). The purpose of the hearing is to allow community input for the FOWD 2025 Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP) and Water Shortage Contingency Plan (WSCP) pursuant to the provisions of Section 10642 of the Water Code. Upon completion of said Public Hearing, the UWMP and WSCP will be prepared for adoption with consideration of public comments during the Board's regular meeting scheduled for June 15, 2026.
