The County of Sacramento Department of Health Services, Behavioral Health Services (BHS), is seeking one qualified organization that is currently contracted with Sacramento County BHS Substance Use Prevention and Treatment for Outpatient and/or Intensive Outpatient Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment services with the ability to provide a new and innovative enhanced sober living environment (SLE)/recovery residence. This will be a structured, 24/7 peer-operated SLE/recovery residence designed to serve Sacramento County residents (ages 18 and older) with co-occurring SUD/serious mental illness (SMI), literal homelessness status, high justice-system involvement, and low treatment readiness or engagement. This Program will prioritize referrals from the Sacramento County District Attorney's Chronic Offender Rehabilitation Effort Program.
