SUBJECT: Public Hearing to Consider Adopting a Resolution Confirming the Diagram and Assessment, and Ordering the Levy of Assessments for FY 2026-27 for the Granite Bay Parks, Trails, and Open Space Maintenance and Recreation Improvement District
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Placer County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing at the above place and time to consider adopting a resolution confirming the diagram and assessment and ordering the levy of assessments for FY 2026-27 for the Granite Bay Parks, Trails, and Open Space Maintenance and Recreation Improvement District.
On April 14, 2026, the Board of Supervisors approved the Engineer's Report for the District, which recommended adjusting the assessment by 3%. The assessment is collected annually and provides funding for maintenance, administration, and improvements of County owned and/or operated parks, trails, and open space recreational facilities in the Granite Bay area.
