PUBLIC NOTICE The Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District (SMAQMD) is giving notice of a preliminary decision to approve an application for Authority to Construct No. 27812 v2. The project proponent, SFPP, LLC, proposes to install an organic liquid storage tank which will require the use of emission reduction credits to offset emission increases. The engineering evaluation and analysis and draft Authority to Construct may be reviewed at the SMAQMD office on 777 12th Street, Ste. 300, Sacramento, California 95814 or on the SMAQMD website: www.airquality.org.
