WHEN: May 19, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as may be heard SUBJECT: Public Hearing to Consider and Adopt a Resolution Confirming the FY 2026-27 Assessment and Fee Report for County Service Area Zones of Benefit, Assessment Districts, and Permanent Road Divisions, and Approving the Charges to be on the FY 2026-27 County Tax Roll. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Placer County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing at the above place and time, or as soon thereafter as can be heard, to consider and adopt a resolution confirming the FY 2026-27 Assessment and Fee Report for County Service Area Zones of Benefit, Assessment Districts, and Permanent Road Divisions, and approving the charges to be on the FY 2026-27 County Tax Roll. These charges fund the operation and maintenance of infrastructure improvements including, but not limited to, street lighting, road rehabilitation, snow removal, fire protection, drainage maintenance, and park and landscape maintenance.
