PUBLIC NOTICE – Request for Applications (RFA) No. MHC/039 ATLAS (Access, Treatment, Linkage, and Stabilization): Integrated Children's Specialty Mental Health Services The County of Sacramento, Department of Health Services, Behavioral Health Services Division, is seeking qualified organizations to deliver ATLAS (Access, Treatment, Linkage, and Stabilization): Integrated Children's Specialty Mental Health Services, an integrated outpatient behavioral health services model for children and youth under age 21. ATLAS is a comprehensive, community-based service model that integrates multiple behavioral health service components into a single coordinated program under one lead agency. Services include Specialty Mental Health Services, Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS), Early Intervention, Outreach and Engagement, and Flexible Stabilization Supports aligned with Behavioral Health Community-Based Organized Networks of Equitable Care and Treatment (BH-CONNECT) and Behavioral Health Services (BHSA). Organizations interested in submitting applications for the ATLAS Program must have representation at the virtual Mandatory Applicants' Conference, as specified in the RFA timeline.
