Ordinance Summary On April 7, 2026, at the County Administrative Center, 175 Fulweiler Avenue, Auburn, CA 95603, the Board of Supervisors adopted an ordinance by a vote of 4:0 Ayes: Gore, DeMattei, Jones, Gustafson, Landon, Absent: None, Noes: None to rezone portions of the properties identified as Assessor's Parcel Numbers (APNs) 036-190-070-000 and 036-190-071-000, located in the Granite Bay area. Specifically, the ordinance rezones portions of APNs 036-190-070-000 and 036-190-071-000, comprising 18.7± acres, from their current zoning designations of RA-B-X 4.6 Ac. Min. (Residential Agricultural, combining a minimum Building Site of 4.6 acres) to RA-B-X 4.6 Ac. Min. PD = 0.44 (Residential Agricultural, combining a minimum Building Site of 4.6 acres, combining a Planned Residential Development of 0.44 units per acre).
