The project would subdivide an approximately 3.95-acre property into four (4) single-family residential lots ranging in size from approximately 0.35 acres to 0.47 acres and two (2) common area lots intended for a private roadway and open space. The subject property is identified as Assessor's Parcel Number 465-140-004-000, is zoned Residential Single Family, combining Agriculture, combining Minimum Building Site of 40,000 square feet, combining Planned Residential Development of 1.1 units per acre, and is located at 9342 Barton Road in the Granite Bay area. In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the Planning Commission will also consider the adoption of an Addendum to the previously adopted Mitigated Negative Declaration (State Clearinghouse No. 2007032063) for the Granite Bay Golf Club project.
