NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLACER COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION WHERE: Planning Commission Hearing Room - 3091 County Center Drive, Auburn, CA 95603 WHEN: April 23, 2026, 9:00 AM or as soon thereafter SUBJECT: The Residences at Granite Bay Golf Club – Phase II – Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map and Conditional Use Permit (PLN23-00371), Addendum to an Adopted Mitigated Negative Declaration, Supervisorial District 4 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at the above place and time to consider a request for approval of a Vesting Tentative Parcel Map and Conditional Use Permit for The Residences at Granite Bay Golf Club – Phase II, a proposed single-family Planned Residential Development. The project would subdivide an approximately 3.95-acre property into four (4) single-family residential lots ranging in size from approximately 0.35 acres to 0.47 acres and two (2) common area lots intended for a private roadway and open space. The subject property is identified as Assessor's Parcel Number 465-140-004-000, is zoned Residential Single Family, combining Agriculture, combining Minimum Building Site of 40,000 square feet, combining Planned Residential Development of 1.1 units per acre, and is located at 9342 Barton Road in the Granite Bay area. In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the Planning Commission will also consider the adoption of an Addendum to the previously adopted Mitigated Negative Declaration (State Clearinghouse No. 2007032063) for the Granite Bay Golf Club project. If you challenge the proposed action in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the public entity conducting the hearing at, or prior to, the public hearing. Interested persons are invited to attend the hearing through the means provided on the meeting agenda, found at https://www.placer.ca.gov/10617/_2026. All letters, written materials, studies or reports, should be delivered to the Clerk of the Board at 175 Fulweiler Avenue, Auburn, CA 95603, or emailed to Planningcommission@placer.ca.gov.
