The subject property, Assessor's Parcel Number, 017-302-001-000, comprises approximately 7.62 acres and is zoned SC-Dc (Service Commercial, combining Design Scenic Corridor) and is located at 3870 South Loop Road in the unincorporated Rocklin area. The Parcel Review Committee Chair will also consider making a determination that the project is consistent with the previously certified Sunset Area Plan/Placer Ranch Specific Plan Final Environmental Impact Report (State Clearinghouse Number 2016112012) and meets the criteria in Public Resources Code Section 21083.3 and none of the conditions in California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Sections 15162 and 15164 apply.
