Siddiqui, on behalf of the property owners, Ranjit Singh and Chanpreet Sahota, for approval of a Minor Land Division for a Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide an existing undeveloped 2.4-acre parcel into two resultant parcels consisting of 1.5 acres (Parcel 1) and 0.9 acres (Parcel 2) to facilitate future development of a single-family residence on each parcel.
