Construction and Installation of Permanent Modular Buildings
Granite Springs Elementary School
Folsom Cordova Unified School District
Folsom Cordova Unified School District (District) invites bids from firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, persons, or professional organizations to submit a bid to the District that manufacture and install modular buildings (Project) at Granite Springs Elementary School.
Questions regarding the plans and specifications or this Request for Bids must be directed to Facilities-RFP@fcusd.org no later than April 13, 2026 at 2:00 pm. Additional information will be available March 24, 2026, and will be located at: https://www.fcusd.org/departments/facilities-planning/

Work includes:
Factory construction of modular buildings including structure, all finishes inside and outside, casework, HVAC, lighting and plumbing; delivery to and on-site installation and connection of modules to foundation (provide embeds as needed to GC); field finishing including at mod lines (finishes, expansion covers, etc.);
and other work as shown and described in Responsibility Matrix included in drawings.
There will not be a Pre-Bid Conference.
All proposers are required to read and completely familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions of the Bid, and to submit all necessary paperwork as required of proposer as specified in the Bid. The District reserves the right to postpone the opening of bids, accept or reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality in any bid, all as District deems to be in its own best interests.
This is a public works project and is subject to prevailing wage requirements and the successful proposer, and each of its subcontractors, shall be required to comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. A payment bond is required for this project. Wage rates can be obtained from the District by request. All proposers, and all subcontractors listed in any proposal, must be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) pursuant to California Labor Code section 1725.5. The project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the DIR.

In accordance with the Education Code section 17076.11, The District has a participation goal for disabled veteran business enterprises (DVBE) of at least three percent (3%) per year of the overall dollar amount of funds expended each year by the District for construction on District property.
Bids must be received by April 21, 2026, no later than 2:00 p.m. at 1965 Birkmont Drive, Rancho Cordova, CA 95742.
