Elk Grove Unified School District 2026 Summer Modification Project at Jessie Baker School XL Construction will be soliciting bids from Trade Contractors on the EGUSD Summer Modification project at Jessie Baker School – Phase 2. The project consists of upgrades to the existing school including Demo of existing site parking, concrete walkways, existing running track, existing pool support structure, pool, pool deck & associated pool facilities. Construction of Exterior Site Upgrades, new pool & pool facilities, Concrete, Casework and Countertops, Doors Frames and Hardware, Glazing, Framing & Drywall, Flooring, Acoustical Ceilings, Painting, Toilet Accessories, Signage, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical/Lighting, modular building relocation & modernization of portables, new campus wide fire alarm system upgrade. Phase 1 Construction is planned to start on June 1, 2026 & complete on August 7, 2026. Phase 2 Construction is planned to continue August 10th, 2026 through December 18th, 2026. Project Requirements: This project is prevailing wage & is subject to the skilled & trained workforce requirements.
