PROPOSED INCREASE IN SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Governing Board of the Folsom Cordova Unified School District will consider input from the public on the proposed increase in the proposed increase in Alternative Section 65995.5 and 65995.7 School Facility Fee ("Level II") on new residential development. The proposed fee increases are necessary to fund the construction of school facilities necessary to maintain current levels of educational services in the District and to accommodate growth due to development. Members of the public are invited to comment in writing, no later than 4:00 pm on April 16, 2026, or may appear in person at the hearing on April 16, 2026, at 6:00 pm in the Board Room at the Education Services Center, 1965 Birkmont Drive, Rancho Cordova, CA 95742.
