NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLACER COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WHERE: Board of Supervisors Hearing Room 175 Fulweiler Avenue Auburn, California WHEN: Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter PURPOSE: NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Placer County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing to consider annexing the property of Christopher and Linsey Maehr into Sewer Maintenance District 3 – Horseshoe Bar. Sewer Maintenance District 3 – Horseshoe Bar provides sewer service through fees, and this annexation is being considered to provide sewer service to the proposed property. Such property consists of APN 036-085-036-000. The property, located South of Horseshoe Bar Road and East of Auburn Folsom Road in Loomis, is approximately 6.137 acres. This proposed change to the boundaries of Sewer Maintenance District 3 – Horseshoe Bar is made pursuant to California State law.
