NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLACER COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WHERE: Board of Supervisors Hearing Room 175 Fulweiler Avenue Auburn, California WHEN: Tuesday, April 7, at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as can be heard PURPOSE: NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Placer County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing to consider annexing certain properties into Zone of Benefit (ZOB) 2A3 – Sunset Whitney Sewer. ZOB 2A3 provides sewer service through fees, and this annexation is being considered to provide sewer service to the proposed properties. Such properties consist of APNs 017-063-084-000, 017-063-085-000, 017-063-086-000, 017-063-087-000, & 017-063-088-000, located west of Industrial Avenue and [MD1.1]south of Athens Avenue in West Placer, consisting of approximately 413.183 acres. Conditions of Approval for the Placer Commerce Center properties requires payment of maintenance and operation fees for the costs to maintain facilities within ZOB 2A3, and this requirement will be fulfilled through annexation into ZOB 2A3. PW Fund B Development, LLC owns four of the five parcels (APNs 017-063-085-000, 017-063-086-000, 017-063-087-000, 017-063-088-000), and Procter & Gamble Distributing LLC owns parcel 017-063-084-000. This proposed change to the boundaries of ZOB 2A3 is made pursuant to Government Code sections 25217-25217.4.
