NOTICE CALLING FOR PROPOSALS – LONG-RANGE FACILITIES MASTER PLAN DEVELOPMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Twin Rivers Unified School District, Sacramento County, California, invites qualified firms to submit Statements of Qualifications and Proposals for preparation of a Long-Range Facilities Master Plan. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the District's bidding portal and received no later than March 30, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., and five bound copies and one USB delivered to 3222 Winona Way, Suite 201, North Highlands, CA 95660, by that time.
