NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD FOR DRAFT 2025 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency 801 12th Street Sacramento, CA 95814 916-440-1302 The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA) has prepared annual United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, Office of Community Planning and Development performance reports on behalf of the City and County of Sacramento. The draft reports include a summary of 2025 expenditures and accomplishments for the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS Program (HOPWA). A public comment period for the draft reports will begin on March 5, 2026 at 8am and end March 22, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Citizens have an opportunity to comment on the proposed reports in writing at any time during the public comment period.
