Notice of Special Election Notice is hereby given that ballots will be mailed on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, to any property owner within the Briarcliff Parkway & Highway 9 Transportation Development District ("District"), generally located at the northwest corner of MO Highway 169 and NW Briarcliff Parkway and extending to the southwest along NW Briarcliff Parkway to its intersection with MO Highway 9 in Kansas City, Clay County, Missouri, who applies for a ballot on or before March 3, 2026, on the proposition contained in the sample ballot below. Applications for ballots will be mailed to property owners within the District before February 10, 2026.
