NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND NOTICE OF TYPE B PROJECT ARLINGTON ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION In accordance with the Texas Local Government Code Section 505.159, a public hearing will be held by the Arlington Economic Development Corporation during a meeting to be held by the Board of Directors on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 4:00 P.M. in the Council Briefing Room at Arlington City Hall, 101 W. Abram Street, Arlington, Texas to consider the use of sales tax proceeds to undertake and to fund a Performance Agreement with LS TDMK LLC in an amount not to exceed $24,489,509.00 for certain infrastructure improvements at 1322 and 1400 North Collins Street, and 770, 781 and 800 East Road to Six Flags Road, and that are necessary to promote or develop new or expanded business enterprises (the "Project.") This notice shall constitute publication of a Type B project as required by Texas Local Government Code Section 505.160. Following the Public Hearing and the receipt of public input, it is anticipated that the Board of Directors for the Arlington Economic Development Corporation may take action on the Project at the same meeting.
