NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that on February 24, 2026, a public hearing will be held for purposes of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (the "Code"), with respect to the County of Sacramento's (the "County") proposed plan of finance to issue tax-exempt bonds, notes or other obligations for the County's airport system, including without limitation subordinate revenue notes, all in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $200,000,000 (collectively, the "Obligations") for the purpose of financing and refinancing the acquisition, construction, renovation and equipping of certain additions, betterments, replacements, renewals, extensions and improvements for or to the airport system owned and operated by the County of Sacramento located at Sacramento International Airport, 6900 Airport Boulevard, Sacramento, California. The County intends to issue the Obligations in multiple series or issues from time to time, as part of a plan of financing provided for in Section 147(f)(2)(C) of the Code, and to issue the Obligations as exempt facility bonds for airport facilities pursuant to Section 142(a)(1) of the Code.
The hearing will commence at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, and will be held in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, 700 H Street, Sacramento, California. Interested persons wishing to express their views on the issuance of such Obligations or on the nature and location of the facilities proposed to be financed and refinanced will be given an opportunity to do so at the public hearing or may, prior to the time of the hearing, submit written comments to Todd Stermer, Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, 700 H Street, Suite 2450, Sacramento, California 95814.
