Sewer Maintenance District 1 – North Auburn provides sewer service through fees, and this annexation is being considered to provide sewer service to the proposed property. Such property consists of APN 052-080-007-000. The property, located south of New Airport Road and east of Highway 49 in North Auburn, is approximately 0.59 acres. This proposed change to the boundaries of Sewer Maintenance District 1 – North Auburn is made pursuant to California State law.
