PUBLIC NOTICE The Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District (SMAQMD) is giving notice of its preliminary decision to approve Authority to Construct No. 26191 v2 to replace the Emission Reduction Credits associated with a portable IC engine driving a vacuum unit at Mitsubishi Chemical Carbon Fiber and Composites, Inc. located at 5900 88th St., Sacramento, CA 95828. The engineering evaluation and draft Authority to Construct may be reviewed at the SMAQMD office at 777 12th Street, Ste. 300, Sacramento, CA 95814 or at the SMAQMD website, https://www.airquality.org/air-quality-health/public-outreach/public-notices.
