Cosumnes Oaks HS: Demolition, Metal Framing, metal Fabrications, Hollow metal doors and frames, vapor emission control, acoustic tile ceiling, wood stair floor repair, resilient flooring, resilient base, sheet carpet, sound absorbing wall units, paint, signs, toilet compartments, stage rigging and curtains, stage lighting power and control system, auditorium seating, plumbing, hvac, electrical, audiovisual systems. Projects are located within the Elk Grove Unified School District. Rodan Builders is the selected lease-lease back developer for the project. Bids are due on February Feb 17th @ 2 PM. Bids will be received using Rodan's Building Connected, accessible through https://app.buildingconnected.com/public/5430e7cf5cdc2e0300dd9ceb. Each subcontractor is responsible for ensuring that the bid is submitted to Building Connected, prior to the above time and date. Rodan Builders will award the subcontracts, if it awards at all, based on the "best value" criteria permitted under Education Code § 17406 and authorized by the District's governing board. These two projects will be issued as one contract by Elk Grove Unified to Rodan Builders, and sub proposals for work on both sites must be broken down by site. The last day to submit RFI's is February 5th @ 2:00pm. An Addendum, if needed, will be posted by February 2/13.
