San Juan Water District INVITATION TO BID Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the San Juan Water District, located at San Juan Water District, 9935 Auburn Folsom Road, Granite Bay, CA 95746, until March 4, 2026 local time at 1:00 P.M., or such later date as may be set by addendum, and then will be publicly opened and read for the construction of the following public works project: San Juan Water District Hinkle Reservoir Temp Tank Removal Project. The San Juan Water District's Hinkle Reservoir Temp Tank Removal Project includes, but is not limited to, the demolition and removal of two potable water bolted steel tanks and appurtenances. Tank diameters are 110' & 120' with a 20' wall height. Tank roof is an aluminum dome. The Project is located at 9935 Auburn Folsom Road, Granite Bay, CA, Placer County. The District will hold a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference on February 18, 2026, at 10:30 A.M. at the District's main office.
