ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS TO PERFORM SUBCONTRACTOR CONSTRUCTION SERVICES For Egling Middle School Gymnasium Modifications and Sitework And Burchfield Primary School Modular Classrooms The project shall include, but not be limited to the following: Egling: Demolition/Abatement, Roofing Patch, Framing, Ceramic Tile, Epoxy Floor, Paint, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Specialty Folding Doors, Toilet Accessories, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical as well as minor Grading/Paving and Striping/Signage Burchfield: Clear/Grub/Demo/Grading/Paving, Site Utilities, Site Accessories, Shade Structures, Electrical/Low Voltage, Landscape/Irrigation and Site Concrete Projects are located within the Colusa Unified School District. Rodan Builders is the selected lease-lease back developer for the project. DSA Submittal Set bidding documents will be available at Rodan Builder's Building Connected public plan room INSERT LINK, and also on the Sacramento Builder's Exchange. Bids are due on February 19 @ 2 PM. Bids will be received using Rodan's Building Connected, accessible through https://app.buildingconnected.com/public/5430e7cf5cdc2e0300dd9ceb. Each subcontractor is responsible for ensuring that the bid is submitted to Building Connected, prior to the above time and date. Rodan Builders will award the subcontracts, if it awards at all, based on the "best value" criteria permitted under Education Code § 17406 and authorized by the District's governing board. These two projects will be issued as separate contracts by Colusa Unified to Rodan Builders, and sub proposals for work on both sites must be broken down by site. Separate subcontracts will be issued with separate reporting of certified payroll. The last day to submit RFI's is February 10 @ 2:00pm. An Addendum, if needed, will be posted by February 2/13.
