PUBLIC NOTICE – Request for Applications (RFA) No. MHC/037 Children, Youth, and Family Full Service Partnership Wraparound (FSPW) The County of Sacramento, Department of Health Services, Behavioral Health Services Division, is seeking qualified organizations to provide Children, Youth, and Family Full Service Partnership Wraparound (FSPW) services. Programs will deliver intensive, community-based outpatient specialty mental health services for children, youth, and families, integrating Full Service Partnership (FSP), High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW), and County-directed evidence-based practices, in alignment with the Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA) and Behavioral Health Community-Based Organized Networks of Equitable Care and Treatment (BH-CONNECT). Organizations interested in submitting applications for the FSPW program must have representation at the virtual Mandatory Applicants' Conference, as specified in the RFA timeline.
