Summary Ordinance On January 6, 2026, at 175 Fulweiler Avenue, Auburn, CA, 96143, the Board of Supervisors considered the adoption of an ordinance approving the Third Amendment to the Second Amended and Restated Development Agreement related to Sections 2.6.1 and 2.6.5, between the County and Lennar Homes of California, LLC, a California limited liability company and Placer Creek Affordable, LP, a California limited partnership relative to Placer Vineyards Specific Plan Property 1A. The votes were as follows: Ayes: Gore, Gustafson, DeMattei, Jones, Landon; Noes: None; Absent: None.
