ORDINANCE SUMMARY On December 9, 2025, at the County Administrative Center, 175 Fulweiler Avenue, Auburn, CA 95603, the Board of Supervisors adopted an ordinance 6352-B by a vote of 5:0 Ayes: Landon, DeMattei, Jones, Gustafson, Gore Noes: None to renew the North Lake Tahoe Tourism Business Improvement District (NLTTBID). This action renewed the NLTTBID for a ten (10) year term, beginning July 1, 2026, or as soon as possible thereafter, and ending ten (10) years from its start date, under the provisions of the Property and Business Improvement District Law of 1994, California Streets and Highways Code Section 36600 et seq. The Ordinance also approves and adopts the NLTTBID Management District Plan (Plan).
