Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, January 15, 2026, a public hearing will be held with respect to the intent of the Folsom Cordova Unified School District (the "District") to submit an application to the California Board of Education for a waiver of Education Code Sections 15102, 15106 and 15334.5, as applied to the District, being the limitation on District's ability to issue general obligation bonds on behalf of the District and its School Facilities Improvement District No. 3 ("SFID No. 3") in an amount in excess of 2.5% of the assessed valuation of property within the District and SFID No. 3, as applicable. The hearing will commence at 6 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, and will be held at the Board Room of the Folsom Cordova Unified School District, 1965 Birkmont Drive, Rancho Cordova, California 95742.
