NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT CALIFORNIA STATEWIDE COMMUNITIES DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY STATEWIDE COMMUNITY INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 25-06 (SUMMERFIELD AT TWIN CITIES (CEDAR GROVE)), CITY OF GALT, COUNTY OF SACRAMENTO On December 18, 2025, special assessments for the financing of public improvement districts in the California Statewide Communities Development Authority (the "Authority") Statewide Community Infrastructure Program Assessment District No. 25-06 (Summerfield at Twin Cities (Cedar Grove)), City of Galt, County of Sacramento (the "District"), were recorded in the office of the Superintendent of Streets of the Authority. The property owners within the District have waived their entitlement to pay all or any portion of the assessments levied upon their property in cash within thirty days after the recordation of the assessments in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Sacramento. These assessments affect only certain property, the owners of which have voluntarily participated in the Authority's Statewide Community Infrastructure Program. Bonds will be issued according to the Improvement Bond Act of 1915 representing unpaid assessments and bearing interest at a rate not to exceed 12% per year. Thereafter, unpaid assessments will be payable in installments of principal and interest over a period of not to exceed thirty (30) years. Dated: December 31, 2025 and January 7, 2026.
