ADVERTISEMENT SUBCONTRACTOR BIDS REQUESTED Clark/Sullivan Construction is requesting subcontractor bids for the New Enviroplex Classroom Building at Lincoln HS project, located at 6844 Alexandria Place, Stockton CA 95207. This is a Clark/Sullivan Lease-Lease Back project. This is a ground up new modular building being furnished & installed by Enviroplex totaling approx. 1,920 square foot on an existing campus. The scopes of work open for bidding are: Survey, site demolition, earthwork, underground utilities, site concrete, cement plaster, painting, signage, and electrical. Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBE) are encouraged to participate in bidding. Bidders should identify with C/S if you are a DVBE and provide your certificate and the DVBE value in your proposal. Please note Clark/Sullivan is signatory to the Carpenters Union. Any work claimed by the Carpenters Union must be performed by union contractors.
