NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLACER COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WHERE: Placer County Board of Supervisors, 175 Fulweiler Avenue, Auburn, CA 95603 WHEN: January 6, 2026, 9:00 AM or as soon thereafter SUBJECT: PLACER VINEYARDS PROPERTY 1A – DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AMENDMENT AND SMALL LOT VESTING TENTATIVE MAP MODIFICATION (PLN25-00085) SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Placer County Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing at the above place and time to consider the Planning Commission's December 4, 2025 recommendation to adopt an ordinance approving an amendment to the Second Amended and Restated Development Agreement between the County, Lennar Homes of California, LLC, and Placer Creek Affordable, LP regarding the affordable housing requirements for Placer Vineyards Specific Plan (PVSP) Property 1A. The Board of Supervisors will also consider the Planning Commission's recommendation to approve a modification to the Placer Vineyard Small Lot Vesting Tentative Map Property 1A's (PLN17-00265) condition of approval 221, in order to align its affordable housing requirements with the proposed development agreement amendment. PVSP Property 1A is bounded by Baseline Road to the north, the old Walerga Road alignment to the east, Dry Creek corridor and the PVSP Property 2 subdivision (under construction) to the south, and Placer Creek Drive (under construction) to the west, in the unincorporated Roseville area. The Board of Supervisors will also consider the Planning Commission's recommendation to determine that the actions requested are consistent with the Certified Final Environmental Impact Report and Addenda for the Placer Vineyards Specific Plan and that such actions do not trigger further environmental review pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act Guideline Sections 15168 and 15162.
