NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING REGARDING proposed united states Environmental Protection Agency (epa) Cleanup Grant for 1451 Sproule Ave. Sacramento, CA 95811 The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA) has prepared a draft application for a United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of Brownfields and Land Revitalization Cleanup Grant to remediate contaminants at the Sproule Avenue Residential Site (1451 Sproule Avenue) to facilitate sustainable reuse and development of the Site into affordable senior housing.
