The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA) has prepared a draft application for a United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of Brownfields and Land Revitalization Cleanup Grant to remediate contaminants at the Sproule Avenue Residential Site (1451 Sproule Avenue) to facilitate sustainable reuse and development of the Site into affordable senior housing.
A copy of the draft grant application and the Analysis of Brownfields Cleanup Alternatives (ABCA) is available for public review on SHRA's website under Public Notices at https://www.shra.org/public-notices-and-postings/
The public may provide comment until January 12th on the draft application and/or ABCA in the following ways:
by attending the public meeting described below.

SHRA will be holding a public meeting to gather feedback, take comments and answer questions regarding these documents. The meeting will be held:
