Your local transit operators and the regional transportation planning agency, the Sacramento Area Council of Governments, are looking for comments and suggestions that will help plan and improve transit services in Sacramento, Yolo, Yuba and Sutter counties. Final FY 2025-26 Unmet Transit Needs Public Hearing Thursday, January 15, 2026, at 9:30 AM Sacramento Area Council of Governments 1415 L Street, Suite 300, Sacramento, CA Transit Access: Sacramento RT bus routes 30 & 62, light rail Blue and Gold Lines, Yolobus routes 42A and 42B, Yuba-Sutter Transit Midday Express, and the SCT/Link Galt-Sacramento Commuter Express. SacRT Go paratransit is available for riders in the Sacramento RT District with qualifying disabilities. Yolobus Special is available for riders traveling from Yolo County that have qualifying disabilities. Provide public comment - No public comment will be taken through live stream or by telephone Comments will be taken on the item at the time it is taken up by the board. Members of the public can participate in the meeting via written or verbal comments as described below. In-person: Public comment may be made in person at SACOG's offices or at an alternative meeting location designated on the agenda (if any). You will have 3:00 minutes to speak, unless a different time is set by the Chair. Please complete a speaker form and provide it to the clerk. If attending at the alternative meeting location, please inform a SACOG official in attendance that you request to speak.
