Request for Proposals CORE Construction along with Elk Grove Unified School District requests proposals from licensed subcontractors for the following Lease-Leaseback project: Elk Grove Unified School District The Trigg Center North Annex Campus Improvement Project (Increment 1) 9510 Elk Grove Florin Road Elk Grove, CA. 95624 Scheduled bidding period 12/8/2025 – 1/7/2026 The project includes clearing and grubbing the site to remove vegetation and debris, followed by rough grading and preparation for the upcoming Increment 2 work. It also involves installing the utility infrastructure needed to support the planned scope and making alterations to the existing Building D, including adjustments to pathways and equipment to accommodate low-voltage systems. This project requires compliance with skilled and trained workforce standards as well as prevailing wage requirements.
