Notice Inviting Bids NOTICE INVITING BIDS* Notice is hereby given that the City of Wheatland ("City") invites and will receive sealed Bids at Wheatland City Hall located at 111 C Street, Wheatland, CA, until 2:00 p.m. local time (per Time.gov), on January 27, 2026, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for construction of the following Project: WHEATLAND REGIONAL SEWER PIPELINE PROJECT CWSRF PROJECT NO. C-06-8753-110 In accordance with the Contract Documents, the work ("Work") includes furnishing of all labor, materials, tax, equipment, incidentals and services for the construction and completion of the Wheatland Regional Sewer Pipeline ("Project"). The Project includes but is not limited to construction of a 7.7-mile pipeline, three pump stations, horizontal directional drilling, demolition and replacement of an existing pump station, electrical controls, culvert replacement, site restoration, start-up and testing, and all other additional and various items of work as needed to construct a complete and operational project as specified in the Contract Documents. The estimated cost for this Work is: Pipeline Bid Schedule $24,800,000 and Pump Station Bid Schedule $51,400,000. The Contract Time for the completion of the work (excluding start-up and testing) is: Pipeline Bid Schedule 380 calendar days and Pump Station Bid Schedule 470 calendar days.
