LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) LEGAL SERVICES RFQ NO. CA2025(1) RURAL COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE CORPORATION (RCAC) Rural Community Assistance Corporation (RCAC), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization headquartered in West Sacramento, California, is soliciting Statements of Qualification (SOQs) from qualified legal services firms to establish a pre-approved consultants list for use under RCAC's State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) Program agreements. This RFQ will streamline the process by creating an approved list of legal service providers available to respond to project-specific requests on an as-needed basis. This RFQ is limited to professional legal services related to Drinking Water projects. Selected firms will support small rural water and wastewater systems and may receive assignments on a rotational basis. This solicitation will not necessarily result in a direct contract with RCAC; however, it is RCAC's intent to assign work only to firms that are pre-cleared and deemed eligible for contracting.
